Getting started

How do I view the website in another language?

Information on our website is available in English,Spanish, German, French, and Italian.To change the language, please click the translate drop-down menu in the bottom of our site and select your desired language.

How do I find transfers and excursions?

Search:
If you know what type of activity you’re looking for, you can simply enter that term into the search field at the top of our website homepage. Your search results will automatically be sorted.

You can also use the options on our website menu (top of the page)following categories: Transfers, Excursions & Tours.

Browse:
If you’re not sure exactly what you are looking for,browse the available activities in a particular destination, you can visit our homepage and click on Transfers or Excursions.

How book a Transfer / Excursions?

How I pay?

After you book with us, you will be contacted by our customer service department via e-mail to confirm your reservation, in it you will be given payment options. You can choose to pay via Paypal or pay in cash the day for which you made your reservation transfer or excursion.

What do I get after I book?

After booking you’ll receive a emails from us.
Our customers servicwill contact you in a couple of minutes to confirm your booking.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive another email with your transfer/ excursions voucher.

After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my comfirmation e-mail?

After you booking with us, in a couple of minutes our customers service will contact you to confirm.

How do I change information about my reservation after I make a booking?

If you need to make any changes to your booking – such as removing a participant, changing the tour date or time, or editing your contact information, please contact Punta Cana Transfer Service via phone or email. What do I need to bring with me to my activity?

You will need to bring a copy of your ticket voucher.
Some activities require or recommend additional items: for example, outdoor or sporting activities may require or recommend specific gear to ensure your comfort and safety (rain gear, water bottles, swimsuits, etc).
